Accessibility

If you require disability-related accommodations, please email aspb@ucr.edu in advance of the event so arrangements can be coordinated.

Students requesting disability-related accommodations may also pick up their wristband at the ASPB Office, located in HUB 111, during the designated wristband distribution period. This alternative pickup option is available for students who may be unable to wait in the standard distribution line due to mobility, medical, or other disability-related needs.

ASL interpreters will be available throughout all performances, and an ADA-designated viewing area with a clear and optimal view of the stage will also be available.

Please check in with Guest Services on the day of the event, located next to the event entrances on Pierce Lawn, for priority entry access and to receive an additional wristband for you and your guest for the ADA-designated viewing area.
