UCR Affiliated Ticketing process
Step 1. Who is eligible
This process is for currently enrolled UCR graduate students and RCCD students living in UCR housing.
A limited number of Spring Splash wristbands will be available for each eligible group while supplies last:
- 200 wristbands for RCCD students living in UCR housing
- 300 wristbands for currently enrolled UCR graduate students
Students must use the email address and student information submitted through their respective department or eligibility verification process. Students whose information has not been submitted or verified, or who attempt to register using an alternative email address, will not be able to complete the registration process.A limited number of Spring Splash wristbands will be available for each eligible group while supplies last:

RCCD students should use their RCCD student email in the following format:
first initial + last name + number@student.rccd.edu
Example: jdoe12@student.rccd.edu
UCR graduate students should use their UCR email in the following format:
firstname.lastname@ucr.edu
Example: janedoe@ucr.edu
Step 2. Register and submit payment
Registration and payment for Spring Splash will open on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 and close on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
The Spring Splash payment and RSVP form will no longer be available after 5:00 PM on April 26, 2026.
Students who are not included on the eligibility list submitted to ASPB, or who use an alternative email address, may receive an error message when attempting to register.
Spring Splash Wristband purchase

Submitting payment does not complete the Spring Splash process. Students must also complete all required steps, pre-concert module, identification, and wristband pickup steps by the posted deadlines.
Step 3. Complete the pre-concert module
Student attendees are required to complete the Spring Splash pre-concert module before wristband pickup or event participation.
Please complete the module using your UCR/RCCD email address and follow all posted instructions and deadlines.
Students must be prepared to show the confirmation email for their completed pre-concert module at wristband pickup. Screenshots will not be accepted.
Step 4. R’Card requirement / Government ID
Students must present their physical valid R/card & Government ID and for both wristband pickup and event entry.
If you lose your student ID prior to the event, you are responsible for obtaining a replacement before Spring Splash. To replace an R'Card you can visit the Highlander Service Station next to the UCR Bookstore in the HUB Upper Plaza.
Step 5. Attend Wristband Pickup
At wristband pickup, students must present:
- Spring Splash payment confirmation email from ASPB
- Physical R'Card
- Valid government-issued ID
- Confirmation of completed pre-concert module
If you do not pick up your wristband during the scheduled distribution period, your ticket will be forfeited. Day-of-event pickup will not be available.

Day-of Event Entry
On the day of Spring Splash, entrances will open at 4:00 PM. Final entry into the event will be at 7:30 PM. Students may begin lining up on Pierce Lawn starting at 3:00 PM.
To enter the event, students must present their
Physical R’Card
Physical Government ID
Spring Splash 2026 wristband.
Students who do not present a valid Spring Splash wristband, physical R’Card and physical Government ID at entry will not be permitted to enter. No exceptions. Damaged, altered, or missing wristbands will not be accepted.
Wristband Policy
Wristbands are non-transferable and must be picked up and used by the verified student only. Transferred or resold wristbands will result in denied entry and no refund. All attendees must complete the pre-concert module and are expected to comply with ASPB, UCR team member instructions, UCR Principle Community standards, and all event policies. Failure to do so may result in denied entry or removal from the event.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for missed wristband pickup, failure to complete required event steps, ineligibility, denied entry due to policy violations, inability to attend the event, or failure to present the required Spring Splash wristband, government-issued ID, and/or required student ID at wristband pickup or event entry, including if any of those items are lost, missing, damaged, or altered.
*PLEASE NOTE: This wristband purchase does not include any free promotional items given away at the event.

Accessibility
If you require disability-related accommodations, please email aspb@ucr.edu in advance of the event so arrangements can be coordinated.
Students requesting disability-related accommodations may also pick up their wristband at the ASPB Office, located in HUB 111, during the designated wristband distribution period. This alternative pickup option is available for students who may be unable to wait in the standard distribution line due to mobility, medical, or other disability-related needs.
ASL interpreters will be available throughout all performances, and an ADA-designated viewing area with a clear and optimal view of the stage will also be available.
Please check in with Guest Services on the day of the event, located next to the event entrances on Pierce Lawn, for priority entry access and to receive an additional wristband for you and your guest for the ADA-designated viewing area.
