Collaborate/Table with ASPB

The Associated Students Program Board (ASPB) at UC Riverside is proud to host some of the most vibrant and engaging campus events each year. We occasionally collaborate with UCR campus departments and Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) to co-host large-scale programming that aligns with our mission.

If you’re interested in partnering with us, please review the information below to learn more about our expectations, requirements, and process.

  • Submit your proposal at least 8–12 weeks in advance of your event.
  • Propose a mid-to-large-scale event with a minimum projected attendance of 250 students.
  • Contribute toward event costs:
  • Provide at least 50% of the event staffing (exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis).
  • Ensure your department or org can assist with administrative and logistical tasks, including purchasing and contracts (for departments).
  • Abide by all UCR policies and procedures, including safety, accessibility, and conduct standards.
  • Sign the ASPB Collaboration Agreement upon approval.
